Submitting a notice
Send a written notification to dmca@nexuszen.app containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing.
- Your contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
If material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact address.
